Tim Holt Western Adventures The issue contains at least two stories. In the main story, Tim Holt and his partner Chito become entangled in a dispute over water rights when they encounter a man named Reckon who claims surveyors killed themselves over stolen survey sheets related to river water access. When a mysterious figure named "the Mister" arrives seeking to charge exorbitant water rates and hires men to terrorize the local community, Tim investigates the scheme and works to stop the villain's takeover. In a secondary story, "The Spur of the Conquistadore," Tim and Chito cross paths with an ancient Spanish spur said to lead to wealth and fortune, only to find the path filled with danger as they uncover the truth behind the legendary artifact.
