Timmy the Timid Ghost #10

Timmy the Timid Ghost encounters a little ghost named Li'l Ghost and helps cheer him up when he's feeling sad. The issue also contains a story about Elmer Duck, a perpetual loser in the Annual Duck Derby who seeks advice from the champion Dandy Duck on how to improve his running ability, only to discover that Dandy himself is now too old and injured to race anymore.
