Timmy the Timid Ghost #14

The issue contains two stories. In "A Stiff Upper Lip," Timmy encounters a tough kitten and initially feels intimidated, but after the kitten is exposed to some of Timmy's swelling powder, the tables turn and Timmy becomes the one causing trouble. In the second story, Timmy helps a man named John practice his baseball skills, but when the man becomes frustrated and threatens to tear up a newspaper, Timmy must retrieve the paper before John can destroy it—leading to a chase that ends with the man being caught in a ribbon and the paper being rescued.
