Timmy the Timid Ghost #38

This issue contains two stories. In the first, a police officer on patrol encounters Timmy the Timid Ghost and asks for his help catching a crook causing trouble in the neighborhood. In the second story, two witches form a "Witch Watchers' Society" to spy on and catch mischievous creatures, but their plan goes awry when they attempt to shriek at their target, resulting in unexpected chaos.
