Tip Top Comics #102

An anthology issue featuring "Fritzi Ritz" by Ernie Bushmiller, in which Fritzi visits a restaurant for its 10½ anniversary celebration where all meals are free, but becomes frustrated with the limited menu options and poor service before discovering the restaurant is actually out of food. The issue also includes a story involving Uncle Gordos and characters in Mexican settings, featuring a golf course, a train station, and various comedic misadventures as the narrative continues to the next issue. A third story depicts slapstick comedy at a drugstore and ice cream shop involving hat and watch mix-ups and physical gags.
