This is an anthology issue containing multiple stories. "Fritzi Ritz" by Ernie Bushmiller features the title character taking a walk in the country, during which she discusses fire insurance, home safety, and preventive measures with a man she encounters. A separate story depicts a hunter who stalks and kills a bear in a snowy forest setting, discovering uranium in the process and deciding to return to his cabin. The issue also includes "Dan American," a text feature about Dominican patriot Francisco del Rosario Sanchez, along with various stamp collection advertisements and offers.
