Tip Top Comics #67

An anthology issue featuring multiple comic strips. A baseball story depicts a pitcher named Dugan who hits a long liner for the Sox, scoring a run and tying the game at 2-1 against the Panthers. A superhero tale follows characters in red costumes encountering the evil spirit Atar in a mountain of black glass, using a human pendulum to swing across dangerous ledges and ultimately weakening the spirit's power. Tailspin Tommy and soldiers pursue General Bogando, with Tommy discovering the general's identity and engaging in a car chase through town, ultimately confronting Bogando directly as he attempts to escape.
