A teenage boy named Tommy accidentally breaks a girl's favorite record, then borrows a spray gun from a man, which he uses to cause chaos during a car ride through the countryside, eventually puncturing the gas pedal and creating an explosion. Later, Tommy asks to borrow the spray gun again to impress a date with Mary Lou, planning to show her around town in a borrowed car that he uses to knock over a man with a blue car, though the date goes awry when his cartwheel stunt results in crashing into a signpost. Two teenage girls in red outfits attempt circus acrobatic moves like cartwheels, successfully demonstrating their skills before one of them has a cartwheel accident, leading to injury.
