The issue contains at least two stories. "Take Back Those Words!!" follows Helen, who becomes engaged to Alan after Dan, who had been absent for a long time, finally writes letters confessing his love; Helen breaks her engagement and reunites with Dan, and Alan eventually finds happiness with Marjorie. A second story features Jill, a secretary who transforms her appearance and attracts the attention of her coworkers; she successfully catches the eye of her boss Mr. James, ultimately winning his affection through her new glamorous look.
