This issue contains at least two stories. "I Fell for the Wrong Soldier" follows a woman named Ann who is already married when she falls for a soldier; her husband discovers her infidelity and confronts her about it. "I Wanted My Man in Uniform" depicts a woman whose boyfriend Freddie is a tennis champion; when he leaves the sport to pursue business, she loses interest in him, but her faith in him is eventually rewarded when he becomes successful and they reconcile. A third visible story, "Don't Bother with Me, Ann," involves a love triangle where a woman named Millie must choose between two men—Buddy and Chuck—while letters and misunderstandings complicate the romantic situation.
