Tuffy Turtle #1

Tuffy Turtle encounters two small creature characters (Chum and Freddie Frog) who are working for a villainous boss planning mischief. Tuffy helps the creatures devise a scheme to trap and neutralize the boss by luring him into a boiling cauldron, ultimately getting a bath in the process. The issue also includes a "Longhorn Legends" feature explaining the evolution of the cowboy hat through the story of "Old Ranny" and a young cowboy learning about the ten-gallon hat's practical design and history.
