An anthology issue featuring multiple stories and activities. "Mopsy" by Gladys Parker follows a young woman who enlists her dog in the WAGS (Women's Auxiliary Guard Service), leading to comedic situations including the dog's appearance at an audition and eventual involvement in a stage performance. The issue also includes a puzzle page with word games, matchstick puzzles, tricky questions, and a cross-puzzle, as well as a separate comic story about a woman interviewing for shop work who falls asleep on the job and is subsequently fired.
