Undercover Girl, a spy operative, uses a master key to infiltrate a penthouse armitage, where she engages in combat with enemy agents and escapes across rooftops. After being captured and imprisoned with fellow agents Jim and Pedro, she discovers the enemy is developing radio-controlled atom-bomb rockets targeting major American cities. Undercover Girl fights her way free, and she and her allies work to thwart the plot and stop the villainous operation before the bombs can be deployed.
