"The Fighting Frogmen" follows Lieutenant Blane and his undersea commando unit as they infiltrate an enemy-held island to destroy a machine gun nest guarding a tunnel entrance. After breaching an anti-submarine net and scaling the island's cliffs, the frogmen successfully neutralize the gun position. The story then shifts to United Nations Naval Command headquarters, where officials debate aerial bombardment strategy and decide to deploy an experimental two-man submarine with electronic cannon, assigning the newly invented vessel to Blane's unit for its combat debut.
