This anthology issue contains "The Great Bordoni," a story about a magician who claims to possess genuine magical powers and uses them to disappear and manipulate people, and "Gravity Grabber," a science fiction tale about a researcher at the Parson's Research Center who discovers a device that can neutralize gravity, leading him to float up to the ceiling and contemplate the device's revolutionary—and dangerous—potential applications for travel and warfare. The final story features Martians who arrive on Earth and force a man to complete a machine they claim will help them take over the planet, but the man discovers he can use the machine's instructions to destroy them instead.
