Wambi #1

This anthology issue features multiple jungle adventure stories starring Wambi, the jungle boy. The cover advertises "Vengeance of the Beasts," in which Wambi and his animal friends fight for jungle justice, and "Safari of Golden Death," among other Wambi tales. The visible interior pages show stories including one where Wambi must protect a wounded crocodile named Ogg from angry natives, another involving a crashed airplane in the jungle where Wambi assists survivors including a girl named Lia and helps use an elephant named Tawn to clear wreckage, and "Wambi and the Great Chief's Son," in which Rika, the chief's son, becomes ill after eating a poisoned bird and must be taken to the village for help.
