Wanted Comics #48

This issue contains two distinct crime stories. The first features fugitive Harry A. Achey, wanted for murder and escape, who attempts to kill a man but is thwarted by the man's cat, which had nine lives and survived the poisoning attempt meant for its owner. The second story follows two young lovers whose romantic getaway in a boat becomes a nightmare when they encounter Bruno Krebs, a homicidal maniac fleeing from police and snarling attack dogs, leading to a desperate struggle for survival as the pursued criminal threatens their lives.
