Wanted Comics #52 The main story exposes "The Cult of Killers," described as the nation's most vicious crime organization. A detective goes undercover at a temple where the cult operates under the guise of worship, offering forbidden and exotic practices to members while charging donations. Betty Day, a woman involved with cult member Lou Anseim, becomes a key figure when she is released from prison after serving six months in the reformatory for a crime connected to the organization. The detective must navigate the cult's operations and ultimately work to dismantle the criminal racket. A secondary story features hijackers attempting to steal a valuable silk shipment from a truck, but their plans are foiled when the drivers outmaneuver them on the road.
