After obtaining coordinates from a native informant about the gun's location and ammunition dump, Munson radios the information to his carrier for verification, then must evade a Nazi sniper who picks up his position through a rifle scope and tracks him. The story concludes with the sniper's vehicle being destroyed in an explosion as Munson barely escapes the attack.
