This anthology issue contains two main stories. "Strange Potion of Dr. Lorch" follows scientist Simon Lorch, who developed a potion intended to restore human vigor and power to primordial levels, but the formula exceeded his expectations and transformed him into a giant brutish creature. In a parallel narrative, a commercial airline pilot uses Lorch's experimental plane to escape with a woman named Lila, navigating through dangerous fog while the scientist pursues them. The final story involves a curse tied to an Egyptian tomb: Professor Dramid believes he can exchange his life for that of a mummy through hieroglyphic incantations, setting off a chain of supernatural events involving a cursed coffin and the threat of death to whoever opens it.
