Wedding Bells #4 "Never a Bride" follows a woman whose dream of marrying David shatters when she discovers him with another girl, leading her to accept a proposal from Eddie instead. After the wedding, she receives a letter revealing that Clay Fowler has inherited $25,000, which Eddie learns about and schemes to dump her—but the inheritance document proves Clay never married David and is therefore entitled to the money, forcing Eddie to reconsider his betrayal and reconcile with his wife. A second story depicts a couple named Ted and Carol whose relationship is tested when Ted becomes jealous of Carol's coworker Stan Ferris, but their conflict is resolved when Carol reassures Ted of her love and he realizes his jealousy nearly cost him their happiness.
