Whirlwind Comics #1

Whirlwind Comics #1 is an anthology featuring nine action stories. The lead story showcases the Cyclone, a costumed hero who battles criminals in the city. Another story follows Ken Robinson and Nick Jergen on a jungle expedition to rescue the sick George Carpenter, a harrowing trek through swamps and wilderness that ends in tragedy when Robinson dies before they can return. The issue also includes "DoDad the Detective and the 3 Spooks," a comedic mystery tale by R. Jowson featuring a bumbling detective investigating supernatural occurrences in a cemetery.
