White Rider and Super Horse #5

The White Rider and Super Horse encounter a mysterious night rider who awakens the White Rider's senses to danger in a mountain pass. Following the stranger, they discover a man stationed on a crag overlooking the pass and witness Super Horse scaling a steep mountain wall. When a narrow pass suddenly becomes impassable, they find another route and encounter a hunter who has spotted his quarry. The White Rider aids Uncas, Hawkeye, and Heyward in their pursuit of an Indian in a canoe on a stream, ultimately binding the discovered man and heading toward Wilksburg with Super Horse, while confronting a group of wanted horse-stealing outlaws in Mesquite Country.
