Wings Comics #9

Wings Comics #9 is an anthology featuring multiple aviation-themed stories set during World War II. Notable stories include "Fools for Glory," a parachute patrol tale; "Jane Martin," featuring a female pilot character; "F4—Spy Hunter"; "Phantom Falcons," in which the squadron prepares to escort bombers over the Channel during the anticipated Nazi invasion of Britain; "'Suicide' Smith" in "Blitzkrieg Buster"; and "The Divers of Doom." The issue also contains "Flying Colors" by Gordon Wayne, a text story about pilots Jimmy Henderson and MacIntosh flying over Albania and encountering a Yugoslav aircraft.
