Wonder Comics #1

A masked superhero in purple and white battles Nazi forces at Seros Airfield after intercepting a secret message revealing enemy plans. The hero fights through machine gun fire and grenades to stop the attack, then pursues a German officer to a coastal location where a spy named Mekano is attempting to negotiate with the enemy. A separate story follows a young man and woman racing against time to rescue a professor from Dr. Strogg's secret laboratory and stop the villainous Spectro from using a hypnotizer device. Both stories conclude with patriotic messages encouraging young readers to purchase war stamps and bonds.
