Wonderworld Comics #19

An anthology issue featuring multiple stories: In one story, a young boy named Shorty recovers a pearl from a villain's mouth and attempts to escape to freedom. In another, a villain named Dr. Fung conducts a medical operation involving a dangerous poison called Luminal, which he plans to use to kill victims by dumping them into the sea. Spark Stevens of the Navy encounters a woman on shore leave in the canal zone and becomes embroiled in action when Chuck and Spark discover trouble during what was supposed to be a friendly encounter.
