X-Venture #1

X-Venture #1 is an anthology featuring multiple adventure stories. One story follows a character named Bronco Shot dealing with fascist forces and a woman named Mary, involving combat and espionage in a foreign setting. Another story titled "Disguised Holy Dervish's Dangerous Explorations" recounts the true story of Herman Vambery, a crippled Hungarian boy who overcame his disabilities to become an explorer and scholar, disguising himself as a holy dervish to travel through forbidden regions of Asia in 1840.
