This anthology issue contains two primary stories. "Dancing Doll" follows a woman who becomes emotionally detached after her husband's infidelity, losing her passion for life until she discovers modeling and a new sense of purpose, eventually reconciling with her mother and finding hope for her marriage. The second story concerns a newlywed couple whose honeymoon aspirations clash with financial reality when the husband's modest clerk's salary forces them into a shabby apartment across town, leading Julie to question whether their love can survive such disappointing circumstances.
