Young Eagle #10

Young Eagle, a skilled Indian warrior, is tasked by the cavalry colonel to retrieve a missing payroll from Pipestone Valley while the soldiers deal with raiders elsewhere. After Young Eagle recovers the payroll, he encounters Coyote Tail, a bitter enemy warrior who has been beaten by an injured boy and vows revenge. Young Eagle's superior horsemanship and the support of his tribe allow him to best Coyote Tail, after which Coyote Tail's grudge is resolved through the warrior code of respect earned by Young Eagle's prowess and the tribe's care shown to him during recovery.
