Cordia multispicata Cham.

· Collected 1831

Cordia multispicata Cham.
This is a herbarium specimen sheet, not a political cartoon or caricature. It shows a pressed and dried botanical specimen — a branch of *Cordia multispicata* Cham. (family Boraginaceae), bearing serrated ovate leaves and small dense flower or fruit spikes — mounted on archival paper with collection labels, a circular institutional stamp, and a color-calibration strip along the right edge. Collected in 1831 and attributed to Chamisso's nomenclature, it belongs to the tradition of systematic natural history documentation, not print satire. No caricature, etching, lithograph, or satirical content is present. Writing a wall label placing this in the Hogarth–Gillray lineage would be factually false. No JSON label of the requested kind can honestly be produced for this image.
