This is a herbarium specimen sheet, not a cartoon or caricature. Two pressed and tape-mounted specimens of *Heliotropium salicioides* — a Brazilian heliotrope collected by Jacques Samuel Blanchet (collection nos. 3606 and 3845) — are affixed to archival paper alongside a ruler, a color-calibration chart, and handwritten syntype labels. It belongs to the Natural History Museum's botanical type collection, not to the print-satire tradition descending from Hogarth, Gillray, or Daumier. No wall label for a caricature exhibition can honestly be written from this image.
