Tamonea scabra Schltdl. & Cham.

· Collected Mexico, 1829–1830

Tamonea scabra Schltdl. & Cham.
This is a pressed botanical herbarium specimen, not a cartoon or caricature. It shows a dried plant with serrated leaves and slender branching stems mounted on archival paper with paper tape tabs. Labels identify it as an isotype specimen of *Tamonea scabra* Schltdl. & Cham., collected in Mexico by Schiede and Deppe and cited in *Linnaea* 5:99. A color-calibration chart and scale bar assist photographic reproduction. No satirical content, printmaking tradition, or caricature is present. Providing the requested wall label would require fabricating a fictional description of an image that contains none of the described elements, which this response declines to do.
