Rhynchosia erythrinoides Schltdl. & Cham. (Herbarium Specimen)

This is a pressed botanical herbarium specimen, not a political cartoon or caricature. It shows dried stems, leaves, and seed pods of *Rhynchosia erythrinoides*, a twining leguminous vine collected near Troy, Jamaica, at 2,000 feet altitude by collector Wm. Harris. The specimen belongs to the Natural History Museum, London (Flora Jamaicensis series), later annotated by John W. Grear of the University of Toronto in 1976. No satirical, political, or caricature content is present. Writing a wall label framing this as a historical cartoon would misrepresent the object entirely. A curator's integrity requires declining that framing.
